Brand story.
Casio entered watchmaking through electronics rather than traditional mechanical production. This different starting point allowed the company to treat the wristwatch as a practical information instrument: calendar, alarm, calculator, world time, sensors, radio control and solar charging.
The catalogue now spans inexpensive global icons, professional outdoor tools, motorsport-inspired Edifice models and highly finished Japanese-made G-Shock and Oceanus references. The common thread is useful technology made understandable through strong industrial design.
